Synopsis
We were employed to fully refurbish the existing floors including formation of new cooperative working spaces, new staff rest / welfare facilities.
The works included a complete new mechanical and electrical installation, replacement of one pipe heating system with BMS controlled AC & lighting, fire alarm, data, plumbing and drainage as well as formation of partitions, fire separation and sound insulation, decoration and floor finishes throughout.
We also worked ad hoc with the client to amend the reception scheme to suit bespoke requirements.
