We were employed to fully refurbish the existing building including formation of new small business suites and larger office bespoke suites to suit individual tenant requirements.

The works included a complete new mechanical and electrical installation, fire alarm, data, plumbing and drainage as well as formation of partitions, fire separation and sound insulation, new curtain walling, decoration and floor finishes throughout.

We also worked ad hoc with the client to amend the scheme to suit individual tenants as they came on board during the construction process.
