We were employed to fit out the existing shell of the building including formation of new mezzanine first floor, replacement of roller shutter with new full height curtain wall window system, new first floor windows within existing cladding, staff kitchenette, WC facilities and formation of office space, meeting room and archive.

The works included a complete new mechanical and electrical installation, fire alarm, data, plumbing and drainage as well as formation of partitions, fire separation, thermal and sound insulation, decoration and floor finishes throughout.
