We were employed to fully refurbish the existing floors including a new roof finish as part of forming the new dormers and thermal insulation upgrades.

The works also included structural alterations, formation of flat layouts and internal walls, bathrooms. New plumbing and electrical installations, mains services and a dry riser for fire brigade use.

We also worked ad hoc with the client to refurbish the existing shop space ready for letting and tenant fit out.
